The SEND Local Offer website for Kingston and Richmond provides information on local services and support available for families including children and young people aged 0 - 25 years with special educational needs or disabilities (SEND). The SEND Local Offer leisure and social activities directory offers a range of support organisations and events for children and young people with SEND, and their carers.

If you are under 25 years of age, live in the boroughs of Kingston or Richmond and have a special educational need and/or disability, the Young People's Hub website space has been created and developed for you with other young people with additional needs.  it is part of our Achieving for Children service Kingston and Richmond SEND offer. 

The Hub website  is split into three sections:
- Accessible Information about different services and support.
- Stories and Experiences for local children and young people to share. 
- Messages and Views section, where children and young people can share their thoughts about the things that are important to them.
