Information for C-card scheme in Sutton and Merton
If you're aged 13-24 and live, work or attend school or college in Merton or Sutton, you can pick up free condoms with a C-Card. All you need to do is register with a trained professional who will show you how to use a condom, and give you the opportunity to talk about any questions you might have about your sexual health.
All sessions are fully confidential, and your details will not be passed on to anyone including parents, friends, teachers and other family members.
However, we have a duty of care to protect you and if we think you might be at risk of harm we may need to discuss you with others. You would be kept informed of what is happening.
Once you’ve signed up you will be issued with a c-card which is a small oyster type card, which allows anyone aged under 25 to access free condoms from issuing points displaying the C-Card logo.
