C-Card Scheme

Info:

If you're aged 13-24 and live or go to school, college or uni in Kingston you can pick up free condoms with a C-Card. All you need to do is register with a trained professional who will show you how to use a condom, and give you the opportunity to talk about any questions you might have about your sexual health.

Remember, all sessions are fully confidential*, so you can talk about anything you want! Plus we won't ask for your name or contact details, so if you want to remain anonymous, you can. Once you've signed up, if you're aged 13-15, you can come back with your C-Card to collect condoms 6 times, and if you're 16-24 you can come back 10 times before your card runs out.

All you need to do is show your card and you'll be issued with more condoms. Only when your card runs out will we ask you to come in for a quick update session to touch base and give you the chance to talk about anything which might be on your mind, and then you'll get a new card. In the meantime you can always pick up information or ask to talk to someone even if you're not yet due for your update.

(* However if we think you might be at risk of harm, to look out for you, we could discuss it with others. You would know about everything that's happening though.)
