Think you could be Pregnant?

Tender breasts? Late or unusually light period? One or more missed periods? Feeling or being sick? One or more of these are all signs that you could be pregnant. If you think you could be, it's best to get help as soon as possible. The more time you have to talk through and plan your options the better.

Even without any of these signs you could still be pregnant if you have recently had unprotected sex, the condom has split or come off, or other contraception you are taking did not work properly - for example if you have been sick while taking the pill, or you have been taking antibiotics or other medication which could interfere with the pill.

Pregnancy Tests

Pregnancy tests are very simple - all you have to provide is a sample of urine. Most pregnancy tests will show whether you are pregnant or not as early as a few days after your period was due. The earlier you find out if you are pregnant the better.
If you have a negative pregnancy test, but still miss another period, it is essential to have another test.
